Director and Principal
With an extensive experience in Pre Primary Education, nearing 4 decades, Our Director, Ms. Loney envisions all children get the best possible start in life. Ms. Loney has been an active part of the Pre-Primary and Kindergarten community since her early years. She has worked as a Teacher, Principal and Coordinator for various schools all throughout. She has set up multiple schools for the Indian Army all over India. Her boundless experience and passion for kids encouraged her to start her own Pre-Primary Schools. Deeksha Model School was first set up in 1999 and is dedicated to the Kargil War Heroes. Coming from the Defence Background, Ms. Loney has always believed in laying a strong foundation for children in their early years which will lead to accelerated growth and shape them into adults with good morals, integrity and confidence. By virtue of her foresight, Ms. Loney has made Deeksha Model School a happy, safe and stimulating sanctuary, where children learn to be creative, curious and independent. We strive to instil a lifetime of passion for learning, to enable children to acquire the intellectual, social and physical skills to flourish in life.
Administrator
Brigadier Ajit Singh is a retired Indian Army Officer from the Infantry Corps. He now puts his vast experience to good use while being an active part of the School’s administration. He manages interactions and academic quality control for Deeksha Model School. He is an inspiration for all students as he encourages every student to play an important part in the nation’s development. With a vision of providing First-class education, he believes in each individual's ideas, innovation, dreams and connections- which is the Capital of the Future.
Teachers
We have a lovely team of young, energetic and dedicated teachers who have a passion for teaching and learning, alike. Our Teachers are trained to exude compassion, love and care towards our young students. Our Teachers welcome the little ones with open arms and strive to provide the highest quality of care to their students, while giving equal attention to every child’s specific needs. Having a comfortable Teacher-Student ratio enables fostering curiosity and making learning a fun and stimulating process, allowing each unique child to grow to their full potential.
Helpers
We have loving and caring ‘didis’ to help and assist teachers and students during their daily course at Deeksha Model School. Our Didis are responsible to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for every child.
